We have enjoyed our work on forces and magnets in science this half term. We spent an afternoon in the village hall learning all about friction. We set up a fair test and took measurements to see how far cars travelled on a range of different surfaces. 

History

The Viking age has intrigued us in Centaur class! We have learned all about the Viking raids and the significance of Lindisfarne. We welcomed a Viking visitor into school and had the opportunity to handle a range of replica artefacts from the Viking era. Our visitor was very knowledgeable, and we were able to ask many questions. A brilliant day was had by all!
