Loddington provides a happy, safe learning environment in which every child matters.  Children are encouraged to reach their full potential within a nurturing,

Christian, caring community in preparation for life in the 21st Century.

Loddington School promotes a close working relationship between pupils, staff, parents and governors.  We are a Church school with close links between St Leonard’s Church, school and the community.

The school encourages pupils to appreciate, respect and enjoy the rural environment in which the school is set.

We provide access to learning for all children regardless of culture, religion, gender or ability.

Aims
To achieve our Mission Statement, we aim in co-operation and partnership with the parents, the parish of Rothwell, the churches in the benefice of St Andrew’s, Broughton, the parish of St Giles, Desborough, the Diocese, the local authority and the wider community to:

  • Provide a Christian context which will permeate all of the activities of the school.
  • Enable every child, including those with special education needs, to achieve their full potential through a broad, balanced and interesting curriculum, including the requirements of the National Curriculum and in accordance with the governors’ policies in relation to Religious Education and Collective Worship.
  • Provide an education, based on Christian values, which develops the religious, spiritual and moral awareness of pupils and fosters mutual respect and understanding.
  • Give a high priority to the quality of care extended to all in the school community; foster the development of self-worth in each individual pupil.
  • Provide a secure, happy, well-structured, nurturing, welcoming and stimulating environment in which children feel valued and are encouraged to develop spiritually, morally, socially and culturally.
